Someone had passed along this book to me called The Happiness Project. It's a book about a woman who decided to spend her time focusing on the things that make her happy and that really matter. The book is "ok", but I like how this woman decided to make conscious steps to make herself a happier person.
For my Act of Kindness today, I donated this book to the High School Library in my town for them to put on their shelves. Maybe it will inspire someone to be a kinder and happier person.
